Orders placed before 5 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day from our US warehouse. Domestic delivery is typically 1–3 business days. Tracking updates the moment the carrier scans the label.

How should research materials be stored?
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable at controlled room temperature for short-term storage and in a standard laboratory freezer for long-term storage. Keep vials sealed, protected from light, and away from moisture until use. Specific storage guidance is for the receiving lab to determine based on its own protocols.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?
We always recommend contacting the carrier first — they hold the package and the claim record. Beyond that, resolution depends on whether shipping protection was added at checkout: protected orders are handled through the protection provider, and unprotected orders are handled per our standard policies.
